The Hooters of Sunset Station will have all the features that made this concept the fastest growing in the industry. The All-American menu features chicken wings, seafood, salads, sandwiches, and desserts. This latest unit will occupy more than 200 seats and will feature a large circular bar overlooking the casino's gaming area. Later this year, a banquet room will be held for larger parties.

Nearly 100 staff positions have now been filled, 65 of which are local women hired to continue the Hooters Girls' 20-year tradition. Twenty-five kitchen and five managerial positions have also been filled.

This is the second Hooters in the Las Vegas metropolitan area operated by LTP Management, Inc. LTP Management operates several restaurant and entertainment concepts in South Florida, Ohio, and Nevada.
